Baptist Family Camp
Date: 07/03/05 - 07/05/05
 Highlight:
A first time group at Bethel Park, they brought a portion
of their church to give us a try. They left telling us that
they will bring everyone next time they come. Our staff could
not stop commenting how wonderful this group was. I think
we enjoyed ourselves equally as much as they enjoyed Bethel
Park.
Meal:
We supplied three meals each day for this family camp event.
Besides the basics we have listed some special meals that
our staff worked on as well.:

BBQ - Wood pellet grilled chicken, BBQ Ribs, potatoes salad,
pickles

Roast Beef along with Atlantic Cod with noodles, corn, salad,
roll and dessert.

Bethel Park is a place dedicated to God for the refresh,
renew and revive spirit of many God's people. During my
stay there in the family retreat of our church, I was impressed
by the dedication of their staff: preparing & serving
food, helping us when our key locked in, hospitality, talk
to our youth, and make us felt at home.

Bethel park is a serene camp site where we could refresh,
and rejuvenate from our daily grind. The food is not only
superbly delicious, but a reflection of the staff's dedication
and passion, it's from their hearts.
