Men's Encounter Weekend
Dates: 9/17/04 - 9/19/04
 Purpose:
First Assembly of God from St. Joseph Michigan brings their
men to Bethel Park for one of their Encounter Weekends.
Meals:
We supplied six meals for the campers. Besides the basics
we have listed some special meals that our staff worked
on as well.
-
Turkey
wraps, chips, pickle and chocolate cake

Beef
Pot Roast, Red Potatoes, Corn, Dinner Roll, Salad, and
Pineapple Upside Cake
- Breaded
Chicken Breast, Cheesy-Broccoli Rice with Green Beans, Roll,
Salad, and Pumpkin Bars.
