Staff Retreat
Dates: 8/21/04 - 8/22/04
 Purpose:
This staff retreat provided for some great relaxation and
rejuvenation.
Meals:
We supplied four meals for the campers. Besides the basics
we have listed some special meals that our staff worked
on as well.

Meal: . Schupfnudel (dumplings), Pork Roast, Gravy,
Red Cabbage, Salad, Dinner Roll, and Dessert

have gathered feedback from our participants and they think
Bethel Park is a great place to host our retreats. The location
is great as we draw from Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin.
That makes Bethel Park central for all of us. Everyone raves
about the food – it is certainly not typical camp
food, but more like we get from a hotel conference center.
The German meal is a big hit! The big difference for me
is that you are all so accommodating. Whatever we need to
make our retreat work, you are willing to work with us to
make it happen. With the recent remodeling the rooms work
very well for adults and couples.
