New Life Covenant
Men's Discovery Weekend
Dates: 7/30/04 - 8/01/04
 Purpose:
New Life Covenant, of Chicago Il., held one of their men's
discovery weekends at our campus. There were 115 men at
this event. We have collected some pictures to share with
you.
Saturday
night the men were treated to a nice campfire (picture right)
Meals:
We supplied three meals each day for the campers. Besides
the basics we have listed some special meals that our staff
worked on as well.
-
An
All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti & Meatball Challenge.
Served with NY Style Garlic Toast, Salad, Ice Cream.
(The kitchen challenged the group if they could
finish all the food that was prepared. They did better
than expected, but the food could have kept coming.)

Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Dinner Rolls,
Salad, Strawberry Delight Dessert.
