Just
wanted to send this brief note to you to thank you all for
our delightful 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration at "Camp."
Frieda and I now have lots more happy memories in our wedding
"memory bank". Some of us stayed overnight, in
your lovely upstairs facilities. Not only were the rooms
immaculate, but the many warm personal touches in furnishings
were appreciated as well. (Sure beats motel rooms I've stayed
in!.) The meals were superb, nicely served, with great home
cooking, as well as sensitivity to the needs of both elders
and our little "grandees". We had a super time
of warm fellowship, singing, reminiscing, prayer, and fun.
Several of our friends, (now seniors), family members from
all over the place, and two dear Pastors of ours enjoyed
it as well!. Keep up the good work, and enjoying the Lord's
blessing on this ministry!!!

Our
folks' 50th anniversary celebration week-end at Bethel Park
was just perfect. The staff at Bethel Park provided a relaxed
and welcoming atmosphere, doing everything possible to make
our stay there a happy experience. The home-made meals were
wonderful, including an excellent banquet for around 50
guests in the spacious and gracious banquet room. We enjoyed
the comfortable and clean sleeping accommodations as well.
We heard compliments from many guests, including one who
said "Wow! This is like a nice hotel - only better!"

Everyone
I talked to loved Bethel Park. Let's see, comfortable, clean,
quiet, convenient, beautiful surroundings, what's not to
love? The staff overwhelmed us with friendly service and
great food. Our family event included babies and octogenarians.
Everyone had plenty of places to play, chat, relax, nap,
etc. When we gathered to celebrate Mom and Dad's 50th, we
found a meeting facility with good A/V equipment, easily
reconfigured for a meeting. Thanks
for everything. We'll be back!

The
banquet room at Bethel Camp was very pleasing--warm and
open and inviting. Perfect for the occasion. The food was
delicious...as good as any high priced banquet. I also like
the ease of getting to the camp. Being nestled back in the
trees, you feel like you're truly at a retreat even though
we were about a mile away from our home. Thanks for providing
a place to gather,

We
enjoyed the beautiful setting in Southwestern Michigan.
We even had the opportunity to take our kids swimming at
a Lake Michigan beach nearby. I kept imaging how great it
would be to come back to Bethel Park for other get-aways.
It would be the perfect location for anything from family
reunions to church retreats. One of our guests mentioned
that it would be an excellent place to host a business luncheon
or even a week-end seminar away from the hustle and bustle
of work. I agree. I would certainly recommend Bethel Park
to anyone hosting a group event in Southwestern Michigan.
Certainly, we will be planning future parties at Bethel
Park!

Purpose:
Dr. Herb and Frieda Atkinson celebrated their 50th anniversary
this year. Their children decided to host the event at Bethel
Park. Family members from all over the world could come
and enjoy a relaxing time and each others fellowship while
allowing the Bethel Park staff to take care of the meals
and lodging.
