We ask that you review our History, Facilities, Events and Prices pages to give you a better idea of Bethel Park. This is a good first start in determining if we can service you needs.

Things to look for ....

  • Reputation: Does the staff have a great reputation of providing excellent service and assisting groups with their event?
  • "I sincerely want to thank you for all the help you’ve been. Your willingness to go the extra mile for us has made my task of coordinating this retreat that much easier."
Richard Grom - Calvary Chapel Sunset Coast

  • Size: Does the camp have ample lodging/dining/meeting space to accommodate your group?
  • Bethel Park has during the warmer months lodging for approximately 180 campers. The Dining Hall can provide banquet seating for 200. Our Tabernacle seats 280.

  • Location: Is the camp easy to find and accessible from major roadways?
  • Bethel Park is located a few miles from I94 off Exit 16. Chicago is 1.5 hours away and Lansing is just over 2 hours away.

  • Cleanliness: Does the camp offer clean rooms/meetings spaces/dining areas?
  • Bethel Park employs a professional cleaning company to handle many of its cleaning needs.

  • Nearby Attractions: What activities can we do while at Bethel Park?
  • While Bethel Park is striving to have its own indoor pool and gymnasium, we have many attractions, which will keep you busy. During the warmer months, Michigan is famous for their beaches; we are only minutes from 2 clean and safe beaches. For colder months, we have discounted rates for renting the High School Swimming Pool.

  • Public Facilities: For extended stays, what is offered for those who need laundry service?
  • Bethel Park provides a coin operated laundry service. Also, nearby we have a self-serve laundry mat with drop off service for a nominal fee.

  • Food Service: Can you make ethnic meals? What about a special banquet?
  • Our kitchen staff/cooks are well trained and in my opinion, among the best around. We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.

  • Air Conditioning: In the heat of the summer, do the rooms have Air Conditioning?
  • Every room at Bethel Park is Air Conditioned except one.

  • Heating: Can you have groups during the colder months?
  • Bethel Park is always adding more heaters and winterizing more rooms. Presently we can accommodate 90 to 100 during the cold months. We hope to keep that number growing as the demand increases.

  • On site sports: Are there any designated sport areas?

Bethel Park has these sports available: Outdoor Basketball (2 courts), 4-way Volleyball, Horseshoe pits, Tennis court, a large field for football, soccer, or softball. We also have a swing set and large sand box for younger children.

Contact us by email or phone for more information if you can't find it on our site!
