Room Rates

Bethel Park rental agreements are flexible and designed to ensure your event is a success. They range from small groups renting a portion of the complex to large groups having exclusive use of the facilities. An off-site all-suite lodging location is also available at a special rate. We ask that each group declare their needs prior to start of your event. We make every attempt to avoid turning anyone away. In the past we have been flexible when meeting the needs of small churches, ministries and other non-profits.

Staff Prepared Meals

Our kitchen staff can create any style meal you like. The quality of food is similar to a fine dining experience with taste and presentation in mind. Please ask about ethnic menus, as well as midnight snacks. Appetizers and snacks are available upon request but not included in the price.

 

Basic Menu Includes:

Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs, Sausage or Bacon, Toast, Fruit, breakfast cake - or - Pancakes, Sausage or Bacon, Fruit, muffin - or - Biscuit & gravy, cinnamon roll, hot cereal

Lunch:
Pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, roll, dessert - or - Breaded Chicken breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, & dessert

Dinner:
Ham or Turkey wraps with coleslaw and veggie tray, brownie for dessert - or - Tuna stuffed tomato on a bed of lettuce, slice of pickle and dessert




The size of your group matters as well. We have set a minimum of 25 to 30 people per group. Prices vary for groups with less then 25 attending. This allows Bethel Park to run more efficiently and allows the staff to meet your needs without interruptions. We know
that for smaller organizations, clubs, or churches that 25 people may be hard to attend. Please call us to see what can be done if that applies to you. Our intent is not to turn anyone away.

Our retreat pricing provides you an excellent location and meals for your event while helping us plan for the next upgrade to Bethel Park.
